About The Position

GYMGUYZ NW Washington is seeking a certified personal trainer to bring personalized training directly to clients at their homes, workplaces, and communities. The company handles operations, scheduling, and brand recognition, allowing trainers to focus on coaching and motivating clients. Trainers will deliver engaging personal training sessions, design customized fitness programs using the GYMGUYZ App, conduct client reassessments, educate clients on healthy habits, manage their schedules, and represent the company's core values.

Requirements

Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent)
Current CPR/AED certification
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally between client appointments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, dependable, and self-motivated attitude

Experience working with a variety of client populations
Passion for helping others achieve lasting results
Comfortable using fitness technology and mobile applications
Experience with Trainerize, Mindbody, or similar platforms

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, personalized in-home and on-site personal training sessions
Design customized fitness programs using the GYMGUYZ App
Conduct client reassessments and progress tracking
Educate clients on healthy habits and sustainable lifestyle changes
Manage your schedule and client communications professionally
Encourage, motivate, and celebrate client success
Participate in community outreach and relationship-building activities
