About The Position

Schicker Luxury Bath, the #1 bathroom remodeling company in the Bay Area, is seeking a goal-focused, high-achieving salesperson who is creative, detail-oriented, and connects easily with people. This full-time position offers a performance-based reward structure and is a chance to be a crucial part of the customer-focused, effortless experience. The role involves meeting with customers in their homes to understand their design needs, presenting solutions, closing sales, conducting job site measurements, creating designs, selecting products, and calculating project costs. The ideal candidate will learn and implement the Schicker Luxury Bath sales system, tools, training, and resources.

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years of direct to customer sales experience
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Outstanding communication skills
Responsible and reliable

Clean driving record and background check

Nice To Haves

In-home sales experience a plus
