About The Position
Rainer Bath & Shower is changing the way homeowners experience bath remodeling by providing stylish, affordable, and low-maintenance bath solutions that combine quality craftsmanship with outstanding customer service. They are looking for a motivated In-Home Sales Representative to join their growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident meeting with homeowners, enjoy helping people make buying decisions, and are driven by unlimited earning potential.
Requirements
- Strong communication and people skills
- Sales experience preferred (home improvement sales is a plus)
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable giving presentations and asking for the sale
- Reliable transportation
- Must live in or near the Spokane area
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners in their homes using company-provided appointments
- Listen to customers' needs and recommend the best bath remodeling solution
- Design projects using our iPad-based sales system
- Present pricing and financing options
- Close sales and provide an outstanding customer experience
- Attend weekly sales meetings and training
