As an In-Home Design Consultant, you’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners to help design and sell bathroom remodeling solutions. This is a consultative sales role where you’ll guide customers through the design process, educate them on product options, and provide pricing and financing solutions tailored to their needs. No cold calling or door knocking — appointments are pre-set for you. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in face-to-face sales, enjoys helping homeowners improve their spaces, and wants the opportunity to earn six figures in a performance-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident presenter with a consultative sales approach
  • Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

  • Previous in-home sales experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Conduct professional in-home consultations with homeowners
  • Use our technology-driven sales platform to build and present customized solutions
  • Measure spaces and recommend products based on customer goals and budget
  • Educate homeowners on installation timelines, materials, warranties, and financing options
  • Deliver a high-energy, customer-focused sales experience
  • Close sales during scheduled appointments
  • Maintain accurate records and customer follow-up
  • Attend ongoing sales and product training sessions
  • Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
