About The Position
Our fast-growing HVAC and plumbing company is looking for an amazing in-home Comfort Advisor to join our award-winning team. We believe in working hard, creating happy customers, and living our values. This position is responsible for giving profitable in-home estimates to customers seeking residential and light commercial HVAC and plumbing systems. This is a rare opportunity to scale with our regional expansion and help design and implement sales and marketing systems that benefit you, your team, and the company.
Requirements
- Experience in selling HVAC systems in the home.
- Superb technology skills and attention to detail in data entry and follow-ups.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills with customers and office team members.
- Highly organized, driven to succeed, and passionate about helping make our customers happy and comfortable.
Responsibilities
- Giving profitable in-home estimates to customers seeking residential and light commercial HVAC and plumbing systems.
- Helping design and implement sales and marketing systems.
