We're looking for a full-time HVAC Comfort Advisor in Pinckney, MI who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and turning conversations into solutions. You'll meet with homeowners who are already looking for guidance, recommend the right comfort systems for their needs, and earn performance-based pay for your results. As our HVAC Comfort Advisor at Trusted Heating & Cooling Solutions, Inc., you'll help homeowners make confident decisions about their comfort. You'll travel directly to scheduled appointments, listen carefully to customer concerns, evaluate their existing system, and provide customized HVAC solutions that genuinely fit their needs. Rather than using high-pressure tactics, you'll become a trusted advisor who educates, guides, and earns confidence through expertise. As relationships grow, so will your ability to close profitable business, exceed sales goals, and maintain the strong close rates that separate top performers from everyone else.
