About The Position

Freedom Home Care is seeking experienced CNAs for in-home care positions in Mankato and the surrounding 30-mile radius. This role focuses on providing quality, one-on-one care to clients, allowing them to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. The position emphasizes clear communication, consistent clients, supportive office staff, and thorough client introductions before starting a case. Caregivers will build meaningful relationships and provide personalized care, which may include personal care, mobility assistance, meal preparation, companionship, and light housekeeping.

Requirements

Current CNA certification
Previous professional caregiving experience
Valid driver's license
Reliable vehicle of your own
Current auto insurance
Ability to pass a Minnesota DHS Background Study
Availability for day shifts
Availability for an every-other-weekend rotation
Willingness to travel within the Mankato-area service territory
Dependable attendance and professional communication

Nice To Haves

Experience in home care, assisted living, skilled nursing, memory care, group homes, PCA services, or other professional caregiving settings.

Responsibilities
