About The Position

This is a full-time, non-exempt level position with shift timings be 7- 7. For 4 days it is 7 am to 7pm and then 4 days off. Next 4 days it is 7pm to 7 am. The role involves reporting results in a timely manner to assist operations support. Employees in this position may be exposed to various potential chemical and food allergens due to the nature of our business and the requirements of the job. ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work in a variety of environmental conditions.
• Basic understanding of chemistry, math and operation of standard lab equipment.
• Ability to multi-task and follow instructions.

Nice To Haves

• Associates in an applied science preferred.
• Lab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report results in a timely manner assisting operations support.
• Handle duties with a team-oriented approach.
• Differentiate items out of spec.
• Correlate numbers between different processes.
• Work independently in accomplishing sampling and testing.
• Verify sufficient inventory of testing supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of the lab environment.
• Follow documented SOP’s and Safety Rules.
• Prompt attendance and willingness to work the assigned schedule.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
