About The Position

Care to Stay Home is hiring compassionate, reliable, and dedicated in-home caregivers for its Spokane County team. Caregivers help seniors and individuals who need assistance continue living safely and comfortably in their own homes by providing personalized, one-on-one support. The organization aims to match caregivers with assignments based on their availability, experience, and preferred service areas, including Spokane Valley ZIP codes 99206, 99216, and 99212. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with flexible scheduling based on caregiver availability and client needs. Pay is $17.13–$23.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities

Provide companionship and emotional support.
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
Prepare meals and provide nutritional support.
Assist with mobility and fall prevention.
Provide medication reminders.
Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
Assist with grocery shopping, errands, and transportation as authorized.
Support clients living with dementia, Parkinson's, and other age-related conditions.
Communicate client needs and changes in condition to the care team.
