About The Position
Village Caregiving is seeking compassionate individuals who want to make a meaningful impact in their community. As an in-home caregiver, you’ll support clients with daily living tasks while helping them remain safe and comfortable at home. Whether you're experienced or just starting out, we provide the training and support you need to succeed.
Requirements
- A caring and dependable attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and follow care plans
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to meet hiring requirements (background check, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Help clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Assist with walking, transfers, and mobility
- Prepare meals and help with feeding when needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Help with errands or transportation to appointments
- Stay connected with the care team regarding client needs
