About The Position

Home Helpers Home Care is seeking a caring, compassionate Caregiver to provide one-on-one support to seniors and individuals needing daily assistance. This role offers consistent 12-hour weekday day shifts with flexible employment options (full-time or part-time). Requirements

• Compassionate, dependable, and patient caregivers
• Willingness to complete all employment requirements
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Clean driving record
• Access to a smartphone and email
• Strong respect for client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting)
• Prepare meals and support daily routines
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with mobility and safe transfers
• Light housekeeping and organization
• Transportation to appointments or errands (if needed)
• Follow individualized care plans
• Communicate clearly with families and care team
• Aiding with activities of daily living
• Assisting with shopping, errands & transportation
• Pick up prescriptions & assist with telehealth visits
• Meal preparation
