Requirements
- Current CNA certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in challenging situations.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation needed.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in caregiving, home health aide, or a related field preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary needs and preferences.
- Provide companionship and emotional support through engaging conversation and leisure activities.
- Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and running errands.
- Assist with medication reminders and ensure medications are taken as prescribed.
- Monitor clients' health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate parties.
