Requirements

  • HCA or CNA certification preferred, but not required—we pay for training
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and pass a competency exam, drug screen, and background check
  • A caring, reliable, and energetic attitude—every great caregiver brings heart to the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver personal care services including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship
  • Work independently in clients’ homes with varying shift times and care needs
