Requirements

Must be able to perform independently from day one with at least 1 year hands on caregiving experience.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must have an active driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must be 21+ years of age to meet company insurance requirements for transporting clients
Caregiving: 1 year (Required)
Ability to Commute: Hudson, OH 44236 (Required)
License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care and support to clients in their homes or community settings
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
Observe and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to appropriate personnel
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
Drive clients to appointments or activities as needed, ensuring their comfort and safety
Collaborate with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to deliver optimal care
Offer companionship and emotional support
Assist with mobility
