About The Position
Thrive USA Home Care is seeking qualified caregivers to provide in-home support across Maryland, DC, and Florida. Caregivers will assist clients with daily living activities while maintaining professional standards and person-centered care practices.
Requirements
- Valid HHA or CNA certification, or willingness to complete HHA certification course
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Passing background check
- TB/PPD test required prior to employment
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current vehicle insurance
- High school diploma or GED
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting, assisting with mobility, and walking for extended periods
- Ability to document care and communicate via phone and electronic systems

Responsibilities
- Provide person-centered care as outlined in individual service plans, including but not limited to assistance with mobility and transfers, bathing, dressing and grooming, and meal preparation
- Work independently in clients' homes following established care protocols
- Document care activities in the patient care portal
- Maintain reliable weekly availability and willingness to travel throughout service areas
