About The Position

Thrive USA Home Care seeks Home Health Aides/Certified Nursing Assistants dedicated to assisting clients with daily activities in our service areas. The role offers flexibility, allowing individuals to work as little or as much as they want. Requirements

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
18 years or older
Pass a background check
High school degree/GED
Current CPR and First Aid required
TB /PPD test required
Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and current insurance
Ability to handle physical aspects of the job, including bending, stooping, lifting, pushing, pulling, and walking for periods of time
Ability to travel within our service areas
Ability to give and receive information orally, electronically and over the phone
Must be able to adequately document care plans in our patient care portal
Must have HHA/CNA or be willing to enroll in HHA course

Responsibilities

Be available to cover weekly shifts
MUST be willing to drive throughout our service area to cover shifts. Additional locations may be added as we continue to expand
Deliver services as outlined in a person-centered service plan, including but not limited to ambulation and transfers, bathing assistance, dressing and grooming, and meal prep.
