Requirements

Must be 18 or older
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check
Authorization to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

Experience with hoyer lifts and gait belts
Background in dementia and behavioral care

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one support that enhances the quality of life for our clients.
Offer companionship.
Assist with personal hygiene.
Prepare meals.
Maintain a safe environment through light housekeeping.
Provide transportation to appointments or outings.
Give timely medication reminders.

Benefits

Competitive Base Pay: $16.75–$18.25/hour (depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA)
Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $16.75/hour
Raises after 60 days and annual reviews
Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week and required documents completed)
Mileage reimbursement between client visits
