Requirements

Must be 18 or older
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check
Authorization to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

Experience with hoyer lifts and gait belts
Background in dementia and behavioral care

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one in-home support that enhances the quality of life for our clients.
Offer companionship.
Assist with personal hygiene.
Prepare meals.
Maintain a clean and safe environment through light housekeeping.
Help with transportation to appointments or outings.
Provide timely medication reminders.
Ensure that each client feels cared for and supported.

Benefits

Competitive Base Pay: Starting at $16.75 up to $18.25/hour (depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA) minimum $27.50 per shift
Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $16.75/hour for any training or GUIDE Respite shifts
Raises: Available after 60 days and annual reviews with consistent hours
Bonus: Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week and required documents completed)
Mileage: Paid between client visits (if under one hour apart)
