About The Position

Right at Home SLC is seeking a Part-Time Skilled Caregiver in Davis County to provide essential in-home care services to seniors and adults with disabilities. This role offers one-on-one support to enhance clients' quality of life and support independence. Caregivers will be part of a supportive environment that prioritizes safety, excellence, and respect, with competitive pay and opportunities for growth. Requirements

• Must be 18 or older
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

• Experience with hoyer lifts and gait belts
• Background in dementia and behavioral care
• Dementia Certification
• CNA

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home support that enhances the quality of life for clients
• Offer companionship
• Assist with personal hygiene
• Prepare meals
• Maintain a clean and safe environment through light housekeeping
• Help with transportation to appointments or outings
• Provide timely medication reminders
• Ensure that each client feels cared for and supported
• Build meaningful connections that foster emotional well-being

Benefits

• Competitive Base Pay: Starting at $16.75 up to $18.25/hour (depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA) minimum $27.50 per shift
• Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $16.75/hour for any training or GUIDE Respite shifts
• Raises: Available after 60 days and annual reviews with consistent hours
• Bonus: Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week and required documents completed)
• Mileage: Paid between client visits (if under one hour apart)
