What You’ll Do As a Senior Helpers Caregiver, you will provide one-on-one care that allows seniors to live safely and comfortably in their own homes. Requirements

Active Maryland CNA, GNA, or HHA certification (required)
At least 1 year of caregiving experience
Ability to provide two professional references
Current CPR certification
Negative TB test
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Legal authorization to work in the United States (with original documentation)
Professional, compassionate, and reliable attitude

Responsibilities

Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility support)
Providing companionship and emotional support
Medication reminders
Meal preparation
Light housekeeping and laundry
Transportation to appointments and errands (as needed)
Observing and reporting changes in condition
Following individualized care plans
Maintaining accurate documentation and professional communication
