Requirements

Current certification or experience as a PCA, HHA, CNA, GNA, Med Tech, or professional Caregiver
Valid state certification where applicable (CNA, GNA, Med Tech)
2 or more years of Prior home care, assisted living, or healthcare experience required
Own transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Baltimore/Carroll area
Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
CPR/First Aid certification required

Responsibilities

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to promote safety and independence
Assist with administering medications
Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands to support daily living
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
Document care activities and maintain accurate client records
