Requirements

• A compassionate, professional, and dependable work ethic
• Reliable transportation to attend shifts on time

Nice To Haves

• Active Massachusetts CNA or HHA certificate (preferred but not required)
• Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or hospital environments is a major plus

Responsibilities

• Provide genuine companionship and emotional support
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility)
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Offer timely medication reminders
• Maintain clear, reliable communication with families and coordinators
