About The Position

The Next Chapter is a family-owned concierge home care agency based in Chandler, serving the East Valley and parts of Pinal County. The agency builds long-term caregiver-client matches, considering skills, experience, personality, and fit so caregivers can develop trust and rapport with the same clients over time. Caregivers support clients with needs ranging from companionship to advanced dementia and hospice care. The agency specializes in dementia, Alzheimer’s, and end-of-life care and provides paid onboarding and dementia certification training. Depending on the client, duties may include assistance with activities of daily living, companionship and enrichment, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and transportation to appointments and outings. Experience with bed-bound clients or equipment such as Hoyer lifts is helpful but is not required for every role. The position offers W-2 employment, overtime eligibility, paid travel time between consecutive shifts, and full-time and part-time openings. Pay is $19–$25 per hour based on experience, certifications, and client needs. Additional pay may be available for an active CNA license and dementia care certification, along with a performance-based raise after the 90-day review. Attendance and referral bonuses are also offered. Caregivers have 24/7 access to a clinically experienced leadership team, consistent communication, priority scheduling for top performers, and opportunities to move into leadership and mentor roles. Applicants should indicate the areas they are willing to commute to. The agency considers applicants for openings that fit their availability and location. The application is completed online and begins with a virtual interview.
