About The Position

Integrity/BAYADA is actively hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP), Caregivers, Personal Care Aides (PCA), Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, reliable support to patients in the Springfield, MO & surrounding areas. The role involves making a difference one-on-one with clients, supporting them with activities of daily living. Requirements

• DSP, Caregiver, PCA, HHA, or CNA experience
• Active MO CNA (for CNA role)

Responsibilities

• Activities of daily living [ADL's]
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing
• Dressing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Nail care
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers /use of mechanical lifting devices
• Oral feeding
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance
