About The Position

As our Home Care Scheduler, you are the backbone of our daily operations. You will be the primary point of contact for coordinating schedules, ensuring optimal client coverage, and maintaining seamless communication between management, caregivers, and partners.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years in scheduling or administrative roles within a home care or medical office setting.
  • Strong computer literacy (Google Workspace) and experience with scheduling software (HHAeXchange preferred).
  • Familiarity with EVV systems is a major plus.
  • Exceptional multitasking, problem-solving, and a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
  • High level of dependability and discretion when handling confidential health information (HIPAA).

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage daily/weekly schedules, ensuring all client visits are covered according to their Plan of Care (POC).
  • Maintain accurate records in HHAeXchange and ensure all profiles are current.
  • Monitor Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) daily, ensuring clock-in/out compliance and ODP regulations are met.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for call-outs and emergencies, proactively closing care gaps to maintain continuity of care.
  • Work with admissions and recruitment to optimize caregiver placement and support onboarding.
