The In-Home Behavior Therapist provides one-on-one applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism, ages 18 months to 12 years, in their homes. Therapists travel within a designated geographic area and must be comfortable driving up to 45 minutes each way to patient homes. The role offers autonomy in managing a small caseload while working with children and their families to support learning and skill development. Therapists typically work with one or two patients each day, Monday through Friday, in treatment blocks of 8 a.m.–12 p.m., 1–5 p.m., or 8 a.m.–5 p.m. with a one-hour transition between patients. The position includes paid training and assistance obtaining Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification; no prior experience is necessary. Full-time teammates receive guaranteed hours even when patients cancel. Pay depends on experience and highest completed education: $16–$24 per hour for a high school diploma or associate degree, $20–$25.50 per hour for a bachelor’s degree, and $22–$27 per hour for a master’s degree. In-home sessions receive an additional $2 per hour premium. The company also offers mileage reimbursement and two oil changes per year, up to $50 each.
