About The Position
Motorola Solutions is seeking an Impound Coordinator to join their MV division, which focuses on Skip Tracing, Forwarding, Data Skip, and Impound services. This role is crucial for facilitating quicker and more compliant recoveries by connecting lenders and repossession agents. The Impound team oversees client accounts, facilitates asset recovery, and conducts outbound calls to agents and impound lots. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 to 2 years of Impound related experience required
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
- High level of experience using G-Suite, MS Office and related applications
- Strong communication and phone skills to give clear and concise direction.
- Experience interacting with business clients via phone and email
- Strong negotiation skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Punctual with good attendance is a must
- Must have professional phone skills and demeanor
Responsibilities
- Review documents impound notices from clients
- Work closely with repossession agents to coordinate repossession activities
- Review charges assessed by Impound lots and repair shops to ensure compliance with state; local laws
- Manage the repossession process for lenders and work closely with client representatives
- Proactively monitor accounts and address a variety of issues
- Make phone contact with clients, agents and impound lots
- Maintain effective communication with repossession agents, collection and other internal departments
- Service inbound calls in accordance with guidelines provided
- Properly document all account activity in the system of record
- Utilize several internal/external business applications and technology to perform routine line of business of activities
- Bailing out collateral nationally
- Maintaining customer service
- Updating designated accounts
- Communicating with our clients throughout the lifecycle of each account
