Impound Coordinator
About The Position
Motorola Solutions is seeking an Impound Coordinator to join their fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for overseeing client accounts and facilitating the recovery of client assets through outbound calls to agents and impound lots. The Impound team is a division of SCM (Skip Tracing, Forwarding, Data Skip and Impound) and acts as a full-service recovery operation, connecting lenders and repossession agents to facilitate quicker and more compliant recoveries. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 to 2 years of Impound related experience required.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
- High level of experience using G-Suite, MS Office and related applications.
- Strong communication and phone skills to give clear and concise direction.
- Experience interacting with business clients via phone and email.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Punctual with good attendance is a must.
- Must have professional phone skills and demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Review documents and impound notices from clients.
- Work closely with repossession agents to coordinate repossession activities.
- Review charges assessed by Impound lots and repair shops to ensure compliance with state and local laws.
- Manage the repossession process for lenders and work closely with client representatives.
- Proactively monitor accounts and address a variety of issues.
- Make phone contact with clients, agents, and impound lots.
- Maintain effective communication with repossession agents, collections, and other internal departments.
- Service inbound calls in accordance with guidelines provided.
- Properly document all account activity in the system of record.
- Utilize several internal/external business applications and technology to perform routine line of business activities.
