About The Position

This role supports DePuy Synthes operations by analyzing data, improving processes, and enabling effective planning and execution across manufacturing, distribution, and commercial teams. The position plays a key role in driving operational efficiency, ensuring product availability, and supporting data-driven decision making in a regulated, fast-paced medical device environment. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in supply chain, operations, analytics, or a related business function.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with large datasets.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
  • English required.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree or advanced coursework in Supply Chain Management, Analytics, or Business Administration.
  • Experience in a regulated industry such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and supply chain planning tools.
  • Experience building dashboards or reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
  • APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement across planning, inventory, and distribution processes.
  • Support demand and supply planning activities, including forecasts, inventory targets, and performance tracking.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor operational performance and support leadership decision making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (manufacturing, procurement, logistics, quality, and commercial teams) to resolve supply issues and improve service levels.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Support system data integrity, standard work, and documentation aligned with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare ad hoc analyses and presentations for leadership and project teams as needed.
