About The Position

This role supports DePuy Synthes S upply C hain operations by analyzing data, improving processes, and enabling effective planning and execution across manufacturing, distribution, and commercial teams. The position plays a key role in driving operational efficiency, ensuring product availability, and supporting data ‑ driven decision making in a regulated, fast ‑ paced medical device environment. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain , Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant experience in supply chain , operations, analytics, or a related business function.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with large datasets.
Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
English language proficiency.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree or advanced coursework in Supply Chain Management, Analytics, or Business Administration.
Experience in a regulated industry such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare.
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and supply chain planning tools.
Experience building dashboards or reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline ‑ driven environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP) preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement across planning, inventory, and distribution processes.
Support demand and supply planning activities, including forecasts, inventory targets, and performance tracking.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor operational performance and support leadership decision making.
Collaborate with cross ‑ functional partners (manufacturing, procurement, logistics , quality, and commercial teams) to resolve supply issues and improve service levels.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Support system data integrity, standard work, and documentation aligned with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Prepare ad hoc analyses and presentations for leadership and project teams as needed.
