About The Position

This role is in support of Cencora's global logistics and storage services marketed through our World Courier business. The Import Entry Clerk will perform the entry clearance process through our ACE System for Customs, USDA, FDA, DEA, and Fish and Wildlife (FWS) regulated shipments. They will also perform Remote Location Filing (RLF) for shipments arriving into the U.S. with World Courier and other freight forwarders for clients. This position interacts frequently with inter-departmental associates, supports excess workload issues and scheduling, and assists department managers with departmental activities. The role requires maintaining positive working relationships, complying with policies and procedures, and performing related duties as assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
2-years of experience in Data Entry
Ability to orally communicate effectively.
Attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
Ability to represent a positive image

Responsibilities

Perform entry clearance process through our ACE System for Customs, USDA, FDA, DEA, and Fish and Wildlife (FWS) regulated shipments.
Perform Remote Location Filing (RLF) for shipments arriving into the U.S. with World Courier and other freight forwarders for clients.
Interacts frequently with inter-departmental associates and supports excess workload issues and scheduling.
Supports department managers in preparing for departmental activities such as making copies, collating handouts, and various other clerical duties.
Maintains and promotes positive working relationships with associates and management.
Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations.
Performs related duties as assigned.
