About The Position

As a successful Implementations Agile Delivery Lead, you will serve as a project delivery leader for implementation teams, helping to bring structure, visibility and accountability across a high volume of small to medium projects. You will bring your experience across Agile, Scrum, Kanban and waterfall to coach teams, partner with clients and internal stakeholders and support a fast-paced delivery environment as we define the balance between Agile and Waterfall.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project delivery, implementation, Agile delivery, program coordination or related roles
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban and waterfall methodologies
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities
• Experience coaching, mentoring or training team members
• Experience using delivery metrics, reporting, KPIs and operational dashboards to manage delivery performance.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication, facilitation, organization and problem-solving skills
• Must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
• Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.

Responsibilities

• Organize and oversee a large book of work across multiple client portfolios and individual projects, providing day-to-day delivery leadership for a high volume of small to medium projects and pivoting into hands-on implementation or project execution as needed.
• Assist Implementation Manager(s) with sequencing, prioritization and monitoring work across competing client needs, delivery commitments and team capacity.
• Identify risks, manage internal escalations and serve as an escalation point for Implementation Analysts to help ensure delivery commitments are met.
• Coach and train teams on Agile, Scrum, Kanban and waterfall practices, and train team members in organization, time management, progress communication and effective use of Jira and related tools.
• Establish, monitor and analyze delivery metrics—including throughput, cycle time, milestone attainment, capacity utilization, backlog health, project aging and delivery predictability—to support data-driven decisions.
• Improve delivery processes, visibility and consistency across the organization, and bring visibility to Implementation Analyst skill gaps, execution patterns and coaching opportunities.
