The Implementation Specialist will review all RFPs with an expected revenue above $250,000 to provide accurate responses to customer questions highlighting ODP Business Solutions’ abilities and our capability to seamlessly integrate business by providing the solutions that will have the best impact for the customer and their end users. The Specialist will participate in Customer Sales Meetings to present ODP Business Solutions’ implementation process to new customers and effectively transition new business with no impact to their end users. This person will also ensure all internal resources are aligned and appropriate partnerships are created prior to the award of the business, allowing for up front customer interaction and relationship building. They will partner to develop strategic processes for continuous improvement of the Implementation Services team. This will include new project management processes, innovative project management tools and continued relationship building.
