About The Position

Consistent with our long-term goals, our objective is to reduce the time required by dealers to reach the maximum number of customers with consistent accurate, merchandised inventory. An Implementation Specialist is an outgoing individual that strives to provide superior customer satisfaction to automotive dealerships. In this role, the Implementation Specialist will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of activities from introducing and training clients on our products and services to seeing them through to successfully launching their new EDealer website/services.

Requirements

  • High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
  • Two or more years of customer service experience.
  • Languages: English (required), French (an asset).
  • Post-Secondary diploma or degree in a technical field preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills and telephone manner.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work with a high sense of urgency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Organized with the ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
  • Excellent administration skills.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to change quickly.
  • Able to follow instructions and work using your own initiative.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical background
  • Experience with automotive dealer management systems (CDK, PBS, AutoTrader, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate directly with clients on setting up accounts and inventory feeds, ensuring all information is correct prior to launching their EDealer and cars.ca services.
  • Liaising with the client to determine a website design based on their requirements. This will need to be effectively communicated to our internal design team.
  • Working with our development team to have the design created into a website.
  • Reviewing the website directly with the client to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Educate and train new end-users on Content Management Systems and Inventory/Lead management tools such as WordPress, PowerUp, and Get EDealer.
  • Assisting the client with launching their new EDealer and cars.ca services.
  • Assist clients with sites post-launch to address any issues.
