About The Position

The Implementation Specialist I provides support for implementation projects, including new branch openings, branch changes, and branch closures. This role focuses on administrative coordination, scheduling, communication, and learning company processes and compliance requirements.

  • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, utilize a computer, maintain a work schedule, and effectively perform in an office setting.
  • Compliance with and adherence to all applicable mortgage and fair lending laws and regulations as well as PRMI policies.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare weekly branch update meeting notes
  • Order labor law posters and send compliance postings for new office locations
  • Create projects in company systems of record to support implementation projects, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing.
  • Schedule setup, changes, and termination of services with external vendors
  • Schedule meetings with stakeholders to discuss project needs and requirements
  • Set up Executive Welcome Calls
  • Send welcome kits to new branches
