Close to Home is seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to support the implementation of the Project DC Homeless Response Action Plan (HRAP). The HRAP is a community-driven plan developed by homeless service providers and system partners to end street sleeping in the Cattleman District of San Antonio. The primary goal is to permanently house individuals experiencing unsheltered homelessness in the area within seven months. Close to Home serves as the Coordinating Body for the local Continuum of Care and the HRAP, responsible for governance, coordinating partners, monitoring progress, and problem-solving. The HRAP aims to accelerate housing placements through a coordinated framework and will serve as a demonstration initiative within the broader San Antonio and Bexar County Homeless Response System. The Implementation Project Manager will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to maintain project momentum, organize activities, manage partner relationships, track milestones, support communications, identify barriers, and ensure successful execution of the HRAP. This role will also connect HRAP implementation to the existing Homeless Response System by reporting progress, preparing partners for monitoring, informing communications, and integrating new projects. The selected individual will be engaged as an independent contractor.
