About The Position

FuntoNetwork is seeking a RFI Response / Capture Manager for an upcoming project opportunity: Build America Bureau - Technical Advisor. This role involves supporting a sources sought / RFI for technical advisor support to the Build America Bureau credit programs. The core responsibilities include coordinating the RFI response narrative, capability statements, past performance, compliance checks, and submission readiness. Consultants will review the role scope, project background, supporting materials, deadline, and client requirements related to their assigned work. They will provide only the role-specific materials requested by FuntoNetwork, such as resume, cover letter, work samples, technical notes, estimates, or availability. The role also involves coordinating with FuntoNetwork on the assigned consultant role and related technical work, communicating clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and supporting quality control, status updates, and readiness for their assigned portion of the work.

Requirements

• Relevant experience for this project-based role.
• Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work against project deadlines and client requirements.
• Attention to detail and ability to provide complete role-specific application materials.

• Experience supporting public-sector, enterprise, or consulting projects is preferred.
