About The Position

The Implementation Project Manager will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met by delegating tasks to the right product/functional leads. This role involves taking the lead on projects, managing team productivity with effective strategies to avoid timeline/cost delays, and identifying gaps in client project management models to create integrated project plans with clear activities and deadlines for transparency. The Project Manager will assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standard. They will keep the project team focused on the end goal, communicate changes and impacts, and report project status to internal and external stakeholders, including 3rd party vendors, highlighting critical path items. The role also focuses on optimizing project deliverables, schedules, and timelines to reduce risks, staying aware of company goals to ensure project alignment with business priorities, and standardizing project management tools and templates. Additionally, the Project Manager will collaborate with proposal teams to develop timeline estimates and project plans for new clients, demonstrating strong interpersonal and team leadership skills by building relationships internally and externally.

Requirements

Degree in computer science, project management
6 + years of PM experience as SaaS based Project Manager
Must have PMP or scrum certifications
Minimum 4 full life-cycle implementation projects
Able to work on 3-4 projects concurrently
Strong organizational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrate Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools as well as other tools such as Jira and MPP.
Must have outstanding presentation skills

Experience with SAP technologies is a plus

Responsibilities

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that all deadlines are met.
Delegate tasks to the right product/functional leads as needed.
Take the lead on projects, delegating tasks, and managing the productivity of project team with the best possible strategies to avoid timeline/cost delays including divide/concur strategies.
Identify gaps in client project management model and help create an integrated project plan with key activities/deadlines identified to create transparency.
Ensure milestones are met on time.
Assign tasks to the right team members, checking on their progress, and ensuring that each project is completed on time and to the highest standard.
Keep the project team focused on the end goal and communicate changes/impacts.
Communicate project status to stakeholders (internal Sodales and external client) and key project participants such as 3rd party vendors along with critical path items.
Optimize project deliverables, schedule, and timeline to reduce risks.
Stay aware of company goals and strategies to ensure projects align with business priorities of Sodales including internal projects.
Standardize tools and template for project management.
Work with proposal teams to develop timeline estimates and project plans for new clients.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and team leadership skills by building relationships internally and externally.
