Requirements

3+ years of project management experience, ideally focused on SaaS or enterprise applications
Ability to work across various stakeholders including Users, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Product Management
Proven ability to keep multiple projects on track at the same time, with strong attention to detail
Ability to triage & prioritize support requests against multiple projects with a focus on customer satisfaction
4-year degree or equivalent work experience
Strong understanding of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet)
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

Healthcare industry experience preferred
CMMS familiarity preferred
Knowledge of Regulatory Agency Standards (NFPA, Joint Commission) is a plus
PMP or similar certification preferred

Responsibilities

Manage small to medium-sized customers through end-to-end successful implementations and launches, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
Project manage implementation tasks such as data migration, product training, and organizational roll-out strategies, coordinating internal resources as necessary.
Configure software
Maintain a minimum of 70% productivity.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
Conduct regular status meetings and provide clear, concise updates to stakeholders and team members in a timely manner.
Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Continuously improve implementation processes and methodologies.
Train customers in product and implementation configurations either onsite and/or virtual.
