About The Position

At Emburse, the Implementation Project Manager delivers software activations and configurations for new and expanding enterprise clients. The role serves as a functional and technical expert, leading clients through the full implementation lifecycle—from reviewing sales orders and gathering requirements through software deployment and client handoff. It connects business needs with technical execution by designing tailored configurations that support clients’ long-term operations. The position owns project scoping, timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional risk mitigation. It includes reviewing sales details before kickoff, aligning deliverables with customer expectations, and maintaining clear communication with internal and external stakeholders. The manager uses user-interface settings, back-end databases, scripts, and administrative tools to build and validate solutions, while managing multiple implementations within workload expectations. The role also mentors Implementation Specialists, serves as an escalation contact, collaborates with Customer Success, Development, and Product teams, and contributes to improving implementation workflows and tools. Emburse states that it cannot offer sponsorship now or in the future.
