Bestow uses E-Verify to confirm the employment eligibility of the company. The Bestow Delivery Management team is responsible for the execution of high-priority strategic initiatives. We serve internal employees, consumers, and enterprise customers. In addition to leading the delivery of major initiatives, we partner closely with Product, Engineering, Revenue teams and Enterprise customers to implement Bestow Platform solutions. Our team functions include Technical Program Management, Business Systems Analysis, and Implementation Management. This role reports to the Senior Director, Delivery Management and is open to Remote (US).

Requirements

• 3+ years in client-facing implementation, project management, or solution delivery roles, ideally in the SaaS or InsureTech space.
• Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder software implementations, preferably within regulated industries or with insurance carriers.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, problem-solve, and drive outcomes with guidance from senior leadership.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build reliable relationships with client teams.
• Action oriented and ownership (follows through on what they say they’ll do).
• Comfortable collaborating across technical and non-technical teams to solve problems and deliver solutions.
• Proficiency with project management and documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.

Nice To Haves

• Understands the baseline nuances of the insurance industry, including carrier workflows, compliance needs, and operational challenges.
• Familiarity with the insurance industry - insurance product types underwriting, policy admin systems, or regulatory requirements is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day implementation process and timeline from kickoff to go-live, serving as a primary delivery point of contact for client stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as product, engineering, customer success, and compliance to ensure client needs are met while maintaining alignment with our platform’s capabilities and roadmap.
• Work directly with Business Systems Analysts and Engineers to implement our core offering for enterprise customers.
• Manage the intake and release coordination of change requests and platform implementations.
• Write clear requirements for Engineering teams, and manage development backlogs for carrier change requests and platform implementations.
• Build project plans and manage internal and external agendas to ensure cross-team alignment on scope, dates, and dependencies.
• Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Technical Program Managers to deliver roadmapped initiatives to enterprise customers.
• Document initial scope and ongoing scope changes and decisions throughout the partner implementation process, including supporting the change request processes.
• Track and communicate risks clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
