About The Position

Gravie is seeking an ICHRA Implementation Manager to lead the onboarding of new employers, ensuring they are prepared for open enrollment and ongoing administration. This role involves managing projects, coordinating with internal teams, and serving as a subject matter expert on Gravie's ICHRA product. The goal is to ensure smooth transitions from sales to account management and a successful onboarding experience for new employers and their employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • A detail-oriented and results-driven mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills while actively engaging with employers.
  • Ability to multitask numerous different projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in multi-departmental problem solving.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience with a start-up or high growth organization.
  • Previous experience with an ICHRA TPA or ICHRA product.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert during implementation for Gravie's new employers and/or brokers during onboarding.
  • Assess the needs of new Gravie employers by consulting with the Gravie Sales Representative, employer, and/or broker to gather details for a successful onboarding and open enrollment experience.
  • Customize project plans tailored to the tasks necessary for each new employer.
  • Coordinate with Gravie internal teams to ensure they are prepared for new employers and their members.
  • Provide education to the employer and/or broker on Gravie's processes and procedures related to Gravie's ICHRA product.
  • Work closely with Product, Gravie Care (Member Service Team), Marketing, Finance, Compliance, Sales, and Account Management teams to deliver strong support to employers.
  • Serve as project manager on interdepartmental initiatives, ensuring clear communication and collaboration to deliver on company objectives.
  • Demonstrate commitment to core competencies: being authentic, empathetic, curious, creative, and outcome-oriented.
