About The Position

The Implementation Manager guides clients through the full implementation and onboarding lifecycle for Euna Grants. The role requires grants-management knowledge, technical aptitude, and interest in using AI and emerging tools to improve work for clients and the team. As a product expert, the Implementation Manager leads discovery, configures systems, delivers training, manages cross-functional relationships, and connects clients’ grants-management goals to Euna Grants capabilities. The role supports enterprise-scale clients, primarily state governments and state agencies managing complex grant programs across agencies and funding streams. Implementations cover the full lifecycle, from discovery and configuration through training and go-live, with coordination across Product and technical teams to support sustainable adoption and measurable outcomes. Senior-level candidates lead more complex engagements and take on greater internal ownership.
