About The Position

Yotpo is seeking a customer-obsessed, technically strong Implementation Engineer to join their Professional Services team. In this role, you will own the onboarding journey for upmarket and enterprise customers, from kickoff through go-live. You will combine technical expertise, project leadership, and strategic advisory to ensure customers launch successfully, adopt confidently, and realize long-term value from Yotpo. You will architect scalable solutions, manage complex implementations, and serve as a trusted technical partner to innovative eCommerce brands.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in implementation, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or enterprise onboarding
Strong hands-on experience with SQL, APIs, webhooks, integrations, and data flows
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
Familiarity with major eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Shopify+, Magento 2, BigCommerce, SFCC, or similar)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice To Haves

Experience in a SaaS environment
Headless commerce or custom architecture experience
Data migration experience
Executive-level stakeholder engagement experience

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end onboarding projects as the primary point of contact from kickoff to launch
Design and guide customers in implementing scalable, multi-product solutions across Reviews, Loyalty, and other Yotpo products
Lead technical discovery sessions and define solution architecture across E-Commerce platforms and custom API environments
Architect integrations using APIs, webhooks, data feeds, and platform-specific logic
Manage timelines, scope, risks, and cross-functional dependencies
Partner closely with Product, R&D, Customer Success, Sales, and Customizations teams
Deliver client training and enablement sessions to ensure strong product adoption
Guide customers through best practices and long-term technical strategy
