Implementation Coordinator III (Outlink Data Center)
About The Position
Jack Henry is seeking an Implementation Coordinator III for its OutLink Data Center Implementation team. The coordinator drives multiple financial-institution conversions to the data center processing environment, typically over three to 12 months. The role builds timelines, coordinates resources, tracks milestones, gathers operational information, and works with internal teams and client stakeholders to prepare institutions for a successful go-live. The coordinator helps ensure clients are prepared and trained for the transition to becoming OutLink customers. This is described as a remote position, with candidates required to live within approximately 70 miles of office locations in Allen, Texas; Overland Park, Kansas; Springfield, Missouri; or Monett, Missouri. The general information section lists the workplace type as Hybrid. Salary is $60,000–$70,000, based on location and experience. Immigration sponsorship and support are not available. An onsite interview or in-person onboarding may be required to verify identity.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience within a financial institution, data center, or FinTech organization.
- Ability to manage project timelines and milestones; coordinate work across multiple internal and client stakeholders; communicate status and expectations clearly; identify and escalate risks; and maintain attention to detail across multiple concurrent priorities.
- Ability to work extended hours, weekends, or an on-call rotation as needed during scheduled go-live periods, critical implementation activities, and issue resolution.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience with Jack Henry products, particularly SilverLake or CIF 20/20 core banking systems, in an implementation, operations, or support environment.
- Previous project management or project coordination experience, including developing timelines, tracking milestones, coordinating resources, managing risks, and communicating project status to stakeholders.
- Previous data center operations experience, including familiarity with hosted processing environments, conversion activities, go-live support, and operational readiness.
- Previous technical application support experience, including troubleshooting software issues, documenting resolutions, coordinating escalations, and communicating technical information to clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a leader and resource for OutLink installation team members.
- Prepare clients for data center implementation, conduct readiness reviews, and ensure setup is complete.
- Establish installation guidelines and time frames, taking responsibility and authority for a successful installation.
- Monitor installation phases and milestones, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with project managers and other installation coordinators.
- Conduct exit reviews and document issues to help prevent them from recurring in future installations.
- Possibly train less experienced installation team members, reinforce customer training, or guide training of customer personnel.
- Identify items outside the scope of a standard installation and participate in related project activities as needed.
- Possibly participate in sales turnover meetings to schedule projects and determine their scope.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
