Requirements

4+ years in software implementation or Consulting.
At least 4+ years in SaaS industry
Led multiple complex projects or initiatives at once while still being laser-focused on detail.
Excellent multi-tasker and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Experienced in customer-facing presentations and have a consistent record of working with senior leaders.
Can communicate complex ideas simply — and know that a confused customer is never a good outcome.
Lead with empathy, meeting customers where they are and building their confidence every step of the way.
Champion change management best practices, helping end users embrace new technology with ease.

Nice To Haves

Experience working directly with banking and insurance clients to translate complex business and regulatory requirements into system configurations, data mappings, test plans, user training, and internal controls.
Hands-on experience applying AI or machine learning in financial services—such as intelligent document processing, risk insights, or workflow automation—to improve speed, accuracy, and decision-making.

Responsibilities

Advising an enterprise on how to design an application for a custom document vault.
Helping a customer migrate millions of files into Box.
Advising an enterprise on how to best integrate Box into their custom CRM.
