About The Position
LumApps is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead the end-to-end digital transformation journey for enterprise clients. This role bridges the gap between high-level business strategy and complex technical execution, ensuring the digital workplace is scalable, governed, and widely adopted. The consultant will act as a lead advisor for stakeholders, facilitating workshops to identify pain points, architecting complex configurations, and managing multiple concurrent SaaS deployments. They will also be responsible for adoption and enablement strategies, turning field insights into product enhancements, and acting as the voice of the customer for Product and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years proven track record in SaaS implementation, solution consulting, or digital workplace delivery within enterprise environments.
- Exceptional ability to translate technical complexity into business value for both executive and operational audiences.
- Deep knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, CMS, and digital workplace tools (e.g., LumApps, SharePoint, Simpplr, Unily, Igloo).
- Strong skills in risk management, project prioritization, and the ability to drive clarity in highly ambiguous, multi-stakeholder environments.
Responsibilities
- Act as a lead consultant for stakeholders to align platform deployment with long-term business goals and ROI.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to identify organizational pain points and architect complex enterprise-grade configurations, advanced information architecture, and global governance models.
- Lead multiple concurrent SaaS deployments, managing technical specifications, data migrations, and cross-functional alignment.
- Partner with the Project Manager to ensure technical delivery aligns with the strategic vision, owning the 'What' and 'How'.
- Conduct product training and change management strategies designed to accelerate user activation and consistently scale Weekly Active Users (WAU).
- Act as the voice of the customer for Product and Engineering teams, turning field insights into repeatable methodologies and product enhancements.
