About The Position

Join our Fitness and Wellbeing Enterprise vertical as an Implementation Consultant to make a real impact every day. This role requires the ability to work independently, analyze complex problem areas, and either resolve issues directly or identify the necessary information to configure solutions or initiate product enhancement requests. The consultant is also expected to develop a broad understanding of integrations and technical frameworks, including payment gateways, hardware, web applications, mobile apps, APIs, and databases. Ultimately, the Implementation Consultant has a direct impact on customer success, long-term client relationships, and the overall perception of our product and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2+ years of professional consulting experience in a relevant functional area
  • Solid understanding of financial processes, including reporting and accounts receivable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and methodical approach
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken), with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Experience with software configuration and implementation
  • Strong data analysis capabilities
  • Experience with SQL and related databases
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and implementation projects
  • Ability to work with datasets and transform them into meaningful business insights

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with the Exerp platform
  • Knowledge of the health and fitness industry
  • Background in accounting, finance, billing, or debt collection

Responsibilities

  • Develop deep expertise in the configuration and capabilities of our enterprise fitness chain management platform
  • Lead and execute scoping and configuration activities during client implementation projects
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across departments (Finance, Sales, Operations, IT) to gather and analyze business and functional requirements
  • Identify gaps and propose solutions, prioritizing standard system functionality over custom development
  • Support clients through change management and adoption of the system
  • Proactively recommend improvements and best-practice solutions to clients
  • Train clients in system configuration and usage, including super users such as system administrators and financial controllers
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients
  • Provide ongoing support to clients in their day-to-day operations within a dynamic business environment
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Support pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and early-stage requirement understanding
  • Advise clients on fundamental accounting principles, accounts receivable processes, and best practices
