Design and implement consulting packages aligned to project goals, leveraging client data and analytics for measurable impact. Lead strategic engagements and follow-up sessions, using data-driven insights to drive performance and continuous improvement. Post-Sales Technical Support Resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring solution stability and client confidence. Apply advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis, using analytics to identify trends and prevent recurring problems. Define and improve support frameworks, training others and integrating high-performance standards. Content Creation & Knowledge Sharing Produce high-quality documentation, articles, and videos that enhance customer enablement and brand positioning. Use analytics to measure content relevance and impact, continuously improving knowledge sharing frameworks. Lead content strategy and embed data governance for global benchmarking. Pre-Sales Engagement Demonstrate solution value and technical expertise in product demos and meetings, supporting revenue growth. Build tailored presentations and support opportunity qualification, leveraging best practices and data insights. Define pre-sales methodology and integrate predictive analytics for opportunity success. Continuous Learning & Certification Maintain and advance certifications, ensuring technical credibility and competitive advantage. Apply new learning in projects, using analytics to measure impact and identify skill gaps. Shape learning strategy and mentor peers, embedding data-driven talent development. Communication Communicate clearly and persuasively with customers and internal teams, ensuring alignment and trust.
