About The Position

Hudl is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join their team and lead the onboarding and continued education for their highest-tiered elite customers. This role involves utilizing advanced product knowledge to provide added value to organizations, ensuring a seamless and successful product implementation process. The consultant will focus on key professional customers within the North American hockey and volleyball markets in the College & Professional business unit, serving as a subject matter expert to enhance user skills through Hudl Academies.

Requirements

  • Sportscode experience, with the ability to train customers and help them maximize their subscriptions.
  • Adaptability to pivot and adjust to evolving strategies, with a willingness to learn new products, sports, and workflows.
  • Problem-solving skills, with knowledge of both software and hardware to navigate complex camera and network installations.
  • Effective training skills, capable of breaking down complex concepts into simple steps and adapting training style for interactive and impactful sessions.
  • Team-focused attitude, willing to do whatever it takes to see the team succeed.
  • Willingness to travel on a monthly basis to visit customers.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer-facing experience, particularly in training or education roles.
  • Global experience, including working within a distributed team and collaborating with international colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Be a strong communicator, ensuring alignment between the Sales team and customers on short- and long-term goals.
  • Train customers by understanding their unique workflows and ensuring they are set up for success with Hudl's products.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, deeply understanding the needs of elite customers and providing direct feedback to product teams.
  • Collaborate with Support, Sales, and Education teams to surface customer insights and execute the global training strategy.
